They installed in about 20 minutes and I reused the factory hardware even though they came with new nuts. I didn't drill and decided to remove the two tabs on the bottom of the latch with a dremel. The tabs don't really serve a purpose as the tab on top of the bottom latch prevents it from rotating at all. They fit very well and are very well made.

Was very happy to get this new bonnet latch to replace the old faded gray latch. Looks great out of the box but most of the latch is ABS although the description says 'stainless steel and ABS' so in a few years it will look like faded original latches. Very easy to apply. As others have said, to mount on the JK, snap off the mounting tabs with pliers and gently twist, they will cut slightly flush with the mounting base.
