Lucky to be live best in Sports

This tire replaced the stock on my 2019 Cannondale Synapse SE. Unfortunately, before I'd even driven, it suddenly detonated as I was driving down my road (thankfully not when I was going down a 50-mile hill). I mounted the tubeless tire just like the old tire on a WTB KOM light i21 TCS rim, which is not only compatible with this tire but designed to work with it. My rim is now scratched and ruined from the failure. I noticed that this tire's pressure rating was 10psi less than stock tires (seeโ€ฆ

Terrible tyres, terrible customer service

I ordered these tires after reading the description that they were great for road/gravel/gravel touring. I first set them tubeless and aired them every day, the next morning they were flat. Even my LBS couldn't seal them properly. Then, in 3 weeks of riding on smooth tarmac, I had THREE flat tires without even hooking them on gravel! A tire that has to endure gravel shouldn't have punctures (and I mean punctures that are so big my Dynaplug tool didn't fill the hole)! I filled out the warrantyโ€ฆ

Good tires, easily tubeless

These are fast gravel tires. I drove several hundred kilometers with these tires and am very happy with them. They have enough profile on the edges to deal with some loose material and the centerline is smooth enough to cruise the streets all day without slowing you down. I just mounted them tubeless on a set of WTB TCS rims and it was easy when done right. I put rim tape on and installed them with tubes for a couple of days, then just removed one bead to take the tube out and install the valve

Tires done very poorly

I have been fitting tubeless bikes for almost a decade now and it comes down to the science. These tires do not seal or hold air even on a short ride. I installed and added sealant just like I did on dozens of tires. I immediately noticed that there were many small holes in the side walls. Having had this a long time and seen it on skinny race tires, I know I need to air them out and let the build flat on a 5 gallon bucket overnight, which I did on both sides. Still won't close! I added extraโ€ฆ

Fast tire with good grip.

These tires are fast on the road and corner well. A little tread on the sides doesn't help much when you get into the mud, it all loosens up pretty quickly. They are also not very puncture proof, I get a flat tire almost every time I drive. I haven't leveled since installing them tubeless, but I got tired of spraying sealant on the back of the seat tube and legs after every ride. I really like these tires and wear them on before I buy new tires but maybe I'll try something different next timeโ€ฆ
