I ordered 3 packs. They were very quick to test and easy to install. You have 3 screws for installation. The screen is very useful. It's been about 3 days, no false positives yet.

We bought this item mainly because of the 10 year old battery. Our smoke/carbon monoxide alarm sits 15 feet off the ground and requires that a 20 foot extension ladder be brought in twice a year for battery replacement. This alarm solved that problem. It was easy to install, good price and works great.

The alarm didn't go off when I pressed the test button. The technician spoke too fast. I couldn't understand his instructions. Instructions for obtaining a replacement alert were not clear; so i gave up I hope my review will help you to help your customers in the future. I was not satisfied with the help given to me.

These "detectors" don't detect anything. When first installed you will hear a beep, but once smoke enters the room they will not activate. My house almost burned down today and none of those alarms went off. I hate to think it was a CO2 issue at night when I was sleeping. I would not have lived to write a review. Revain has been warned: remove this from your site. This is a false and dangerous sense of security that doesn't work properly.

When the Carbon Monoxide (CO) level is below 29ppm, this monitor will falsely tell you that the CO level is *Zero*. Glue the holder to the wall, mark three holes, drill, insert inserts, insert screws, then just glue the sensor and screw it on. It starts and checks itself automatically.
