As a child my father repaired radios and televisions and the xcelite was a quality tool and they always met the same quality standards.

Required a Bristol wrench to install the knob on the potentiometer and the set screw was of course "Bristol". I'm sure if you search you can find them in custom sizes, but I went with the full set because I've had a set of Xcelite hex screwdrivers for years and they've held up well. The Bristol wrench set is of the same quality as my Allen key. Every avionics technician should have a set of these tools in their toolbox.

Great product design and quality and a great (huge, gigantic, huge) price. I was shocked to find that I couldn't buy them locally. I wanted to buy the exact size I needed but the local hardware and tool stores didn't even know what a Bristol key was. I finally found a set on Revain. The sad thing is that if you REALLY need a Bristol key, you do need a Bristol key. Also an oxyacetylene torch will not replace it.
