Used to attach the video call to the side window from the outside. It's been holding out in 100+ degree heat and rain for over a month now, although the rain isn't direct. Have to wait until winter to see how it fares in cold weather. But so far very satisfied because we were able to place the doorbell the way we wanted without making holes. It's easy to replace the battery.

Velcro is actually quite strong and works well but I would not recommend this product. The glue isn't really strong enough to stick to the fabric (even sitting still it kept falling off the ribbons I had), but it's too thick and sticky to sew through. I ended up having to use the E6000 to get it working. In hindsight, I'd buy plain (non-adhesive) velcro and just sew it on.

I bought this for my son who is a police officer. Due to the weight of all essential items police officers carry on duty (over 30 pounds), the belt slipped down making it uncomfortable to wear on duty. He added some Velcro in places that needed reinforcement, which made a huge difference in the fit and comfort of his uniform. He was able to achieve the desired results perfectly!

Buy two or more first. Buy more than you think you need as the length appears shorter than it should be. I'm still giving that 5 stars because I used ours to attach a Costco dog bed to an IKEA platform. It's been over a month and it's kept them together despite the antics of a 70-pound mongrel hopping around like a cat. I used all of this for a 40" x 40" frame, but it's worth it because no sulking dog knocked over his bed at 2am. (Yes indeed.)

With this product we installed two lightweight, motion sensitive, solar powered LED lights in the front of our garage on a red brick surface. We put them on the north side of the garage and they came loose and fell off after about a week. The adhesive backing has separated from the brick. We'll be cutting strips along the entire back of the lantern, which means lots of surface area. I was expecting great results to solve our longstanding motion sensor problem. But no! very disappointed!

This product may be good for very light use but I doubt it can hold anything heavier than a toothbrush. With so much electronics surrounding our nightstands, I thought it would be a good idea to use self-adhesive hooks and loops to attach various devices (splitters, power adapters, USB power supplies, etc.) to the back of the nightstands.
