Order extra in case you mess up the setup.

Perfect Fit As with most seals, tap these in slowly with a hammer and block. Too hard an impact loosens the round spring holding the rubber seal.

Perfect fit and great price

Wheel bearing repackaging requires removal of the rear seal to access the rear bearing from the hub. On marine boat trailers, trying to remove the rusty rear seal will destroy it. Get these 4 stamps before you start the project! Fast shipping and great price. Can't ask for more!

Holds up well. on seals

2.125" ID x 3.376" OD Trailer Hub Grease Every spring and fall we drive 5,500 miles from Lower Alabama to Montana and back (taking detours through some of our favorite scenery). I remove hubs before every ride, check bearings, lube and replace seals I have used three sets of these seals so far and have had no complaints. It's a spring seat double seal that seems to work well. I always put some wheel grease on the rubber part of the seal. This will keep the dry rubber from touching the metal…

# 2233TB - The outer rim is too big and not sealed. You have the wrong specs.

Seal #2233TB. I bought these for my 2,250" boat spindle. Your drawing shows that the inner diameter is the same on both lips. That is not right. They are not the same. Looking at the outside surface of the seal, the first "wiper" lip measures approximately 2.31" (2-5/16") and doesn't even touch my spindle. The second inside edge measures about 2.188" (2-3/16") and fits my spindle nice and snugly like it should. If you use them on a 2-1/4" spindle, you only get a single lip seal, not two! They…
