They arrived quickly with the Prime. I installed them on my door in about 30 minutes. Check out the videos on YouTube, the bottom wheels need to be done with the door halfway up. Before removing the wheel attachments, check the cable tension on the door sides. Once you've swapped the bottom wheels, close the door and do the rest. The original metal rollers on my garage door sill worked, but they were LOUD! My attached garage sounded like a space shuttle launch with the original metal rollers!
