Not Enough for Tools and Equipment

The cable worked with our Solus for 8 months before finally failing. The cable no longer recognizes / is no longer used; We went back to our original snap cable with the black OBD end chipping off and are again buying a replacement.

Works with Modis Ultra

Purchased to replace the 'consumable' cable on my Snap-On Modis Ultra due to no communication with anything other than the engine control module. Now I have full communication with all modules and 0 problems. The cable feels good and the connectors are tight. I'm going to be much gentler with this as it renders your pocket scanner level tool useless if it's damaged. Fair price compared to the OEM cable which is almost twice the price.

Pros
  • Diagnostic, Test & Measurement Tools
Cons
  • Empty

Doesn't appear to be fully functional

I bought this data cable for the Apollo D8 scanner. It looks the same as the Snap-On branded cable, however we had some issues getting data from vehicles with this cable. It worked fine with most cars, but there were a few cars that didn't work with this data cable. I switched from this data cable to the one I had replaced and had no connection issues, so I concluded that this cable was causing a limited problem. I was hoping that it would offer full functionality as the price is significantly…
