The reel works as expected, however you should apply threadlock to the Allen screws that hold it together. Mine came out and I was lucky to find it on the floor and reinstall it as it is a very small and short fine thread bolt which you probably won't find in your "spare bolt bin". If you use this tool frequently, apply threadlocker before use.

At a radius of 17mm, the error approaches 10%. I wouldn't even believe such mistakes are possible in modern production. Of course, when you use it, it bounces up and down, which is pretty annoying. Overall it's a good material but a bad product due to poor workmanship. If you think this doesn't bother you, the roller works.

Bought this roller to roll up the Eternabond tape. The goods were delivered quickly, without problems with packaging and goods. maybe not the best choice for someone with big hands. It rolls smoothly, nothing sticks or sticks. It has become a staple in my tool bag, especially when renovating my RV! The edges help make the band lines nice and crisp (I'm a problem if it's not perfect 🤷🏼‍♀️)! I am very happy with this product and if I ever need another one I will definitely get the same one.
