Does what it's supposed to do with one problem

I was tempted to give this review a star or two simply because it isn't accurately described. It claims to be a USB 3.0 capture card that supports 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps. According to OBS Studio and VLC, it records 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps. This is a bit surprising, since it is not USB 3.0. It's not USB 3.0 for two reasons: 1) it doesn't have all the extra pins that USB 3.0 needs, and 2) the USBTreeView software clearly shows that it works with USB 2.0 when plugged into a USB 3.0 port . It works but not as advertised

The product description says it is a USB 3.0 device capable of recording 1080p at 60Hz. This is incorrect as the device only runs at USB 2.0 speed and can only record 1080p30hz/720p60hz. This is not possible with USB 3.0 as it lacks the extra 5 pins in USB A that are required for USB 3.0 to work.
