Wear them for night work. They are perfect for California weather. I work in freezers and outdoor fridges. I've found that I get nauseous if I don't wear them. They are thick and comfortable in the groin area. I can finally afford to buy a pair every day.

This base layer is very comfortable and slippery enough not to be tied under clothing. The material is quite thin and a bit stretchier than I prefer (hence 4 stars) but I'm still happy with it. They are well made and have good warmth for the thickness of the material.

I have long underwear from REI, Patagonia, Terramar and Cabela. It compares well with them and is reasonably warm, soft and light. It's odd that the product label says "cotton" because it feels, looks, washes and dries like microfiber polyester. The top is long but I like it. Goodbye.

Product fits like a glove. While the arms and legs are a few inches longer (I'm 5'8") the quality of the spandex makes it easy to pull up and doesn't sag. the underwear kept me warm. I warn you, my tracksuit and fleece jacket were comfortable.

I bought them to use as thermal underwear. They fit well but the fabric is thin. It rubs up well, but seems like I can tear it apart easily. They did the job of giving me an extra layer of clothing but I wouldn't buy them again as I'm looking for something more substantial. The price was fair. Extra thin polyester underwear. No thermal properties, except for an extra layer and even thin. Thermal underwear usually has a waffle weave to trap heat, or use a product like Thinsulate to trap body heat. It's just a cheap flimsy product that looks good in photos but doesn't actually work. You would really notice this fact if you have ever used high quality products. You will be warmer in it than without it, just like in a t-shirt.

I was a bit confused when I ordered my size because I read somewhere on the website that it was recommended to go one size up. Luckily the comment box understood me: order your normal size. The polyester/spandex clothing itself follows the shape of my body perfectly (albeit pathetically). Alone, they let the wind through like stockings, so they're cool when needed.
