Looks good and feels good, but the clasp is short lived. I have two of these and both had the same problem. As you can see from the photos, the bottom of the class is cracking and the inside of the clasp is dented from the dog's constant pulling. As a result, after two or three years, it will fall apart and you will have to buy a new leash. I switched to Leerburg and although the leash is more expensive it has held up very well over the years.

Bought for every one year old so I have better control on walks. I personally like it, and the skin is comfortable, stretches well. My husband isn't thrilled with this because it turns out this leash is a dimensional leash, not just shorter. We had a standard 4 inch wide leash, but overall it's small. It works for me, but if you have big hands it might be harder to grip than a regular sized leash.

I ordered a 6 foot leash. Typically a 6 foot line has a stretched length of about 6 feet 8 inches. That means the handle and clasp are not included in the length. The leash I received says 5ft on the label. 4 and 6 feet. The leash I received is 5 feet 10.5 inches from the clasp to the end of the handle when fully extended. Therefore, it does not match the length of our other 6ft leashes. This seems like a good enough lead, but I have to deduct two stars because it's a bit short.

Dangerously sharp product! Not suitable for training or similar! I am shocked! They looked great even when we took them out of the box. We enjoyed using them. My wife and I developed mysterious cuts on our thumbs and forefingers. I found the latch on the front/inside of the lug to be very sharp. Because of this, he cut our fingers. Sometimes it draws blood pretty deep. We didn't understand it because it was so cold and we only realize it when our hands are warm. Dangerously hot product!

Usually cheaper leather leashes are not flexible. They are hard and abrasive on hands. The reason I prefer a leather leader is the comfort for the handler compared to synthetics. These leashes are very comfortable, have a soft feel and are also flexible, making them very comfortable for working with pulling dogs. They are strong enough that I still feel safe and confident that they won't let me down when working on a leash. I have bought maybe 5 now as my wife keeps giving them away to friends…

Woof! Happy with this harness. Strong and also soft. I bought another one here at Revain which was actually more expensive but had a hook that was too heavy for my 30lb gear. It's just right - and it's gold for my girl. I feel protected from these stitches because they're just stitches, not a bolt holding them together. Love this leash! This is a good quality, soft, elastic skin that is comfortable to the touch and does not dig into your hands. A soft suppleness of the skin can be felt when walking.
