Smooth and Precise cutting with this Router Bit

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was able to judge the Yonico 32012 SC 8-inch diameter downcut bit accurately. The bit cuts through the wood smoothly without leaving any chips behind. The precision of this bit is amazing, and it provides a clean and polished finish to the workpiece. The bit is also durable and can withstand high speed and pressure.

Pros
  • Smooth and precise cuts, clean finish, durable
Cons
  • None that I could find.

Halved 30 seconds after first use!

Garbage. I won't try these again. I ventured something new, but now I'm going back to my other brand. At least the boring one that finished cutting, this one just started.

Pros
  • For use on CNC, table and hand milling machines
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Inexpensive twist drill

I have used this drill to cut .020", .025", .032", .040" and .050" 6061-T6 as it is for experimental aircraft parts is common. The drill bit lasts about the same as the more expensive ones. I have a day or two to cut before it breaks. Since this is a small diameter drill bit with a long cutting length, you push it like a thicker drill bit. But You also can't push expensive drill bits Runs at about 10,000 rpm at 15-30 ipm, no coolant, no lube They all usually fail due to fatigue so make sure the

Pros
  • Highly polished solid carbide shank for precision and accuracy
Cons
  • No instructions
