This is the third 50ft leash I've bought because I don't have a fenced yard. I can tie a dog on a leash and he has 50 feet to explore and he can't escape. Everything about the leash is GREAT except the clip eventually breaks and is difficult to replace leaving a very useable leash that you can't clip to your dog's collar.

My dog is young and active, likes to pull and sniff (half beagle). He feels strong enough to give me control without keeping it around. I wanted something that would be shorter and easier to manage but still leave room for the dogs to run on our hikes.
