Setting the Time - Hardware

It is important that the hour and minute hands are aligned during the initial setting, otherwise the display will not be correct when the time is set.

For those odd people who would rather fix/replace their watch movement than throw it away and buy a new one, here's the answer.

Youngstown High Torque Replacement Watch

This was an exact replacement for our watch but it just doesn't work. He doesn't seem strong enough to move his arms so we removed the existing arms and used the ones that came with it, but they still don't work. Don't know where to go from here? I'm looking for a more powerful model.
