You've moved to a new location and don't have a linen closet or storage space. It was the perfect size and stability for my storage needs.

The price of the shelf is too high compared to the quality. The wire is rough and has sharp edges. I have to keep it as this size is hard to find.

I am very disappointed. I already had one of these shelves that I liked, so I ordered another one. However, this one was clearly opened and returned. All the parts were scattered around the box, the instructions were missing and some of the connected parts were broken. This should never have been sent to the client.

I have several wire racks from Costco but I needed a specific size so I bought this one. Be careful as the places where the metal wire is cut are poorly sanded or coated. This will result in: - sharp metal edges that can catch on skin and cause cuts - metal edges that can catch on clothing and cause tears, etc. Do not buy.

Assembly is easy once you've finished the floor. With just one person, it's a balancing act. After that the installation went without any problems. As for the plastic clips people mention, they don't actually "snap" together. There will be a small gap between the two pieces and they won't fit if you try to align them directly with the grooves in the bars. When you go between the grooves it connects easily and is very strong.

The wheel on this shelf doesn't look strong for the weight the wheeled shelves support. I purchased Seville Classics SHE24004 3" Casters for 3" Steel Wire Shelves (set of 4) to replace the original casters. They screw in well and roll smoothly without leaving any marks on the floor. I also added shelf liners to keep the bottoms of the trash cans (which have small legs) from snagging on the wire rods. I just wish they would make these units shorter. We bought two of these plugs and each had a poorly screwed connector plug on one of the posts. We managed to pull one out, twist it and everything is fine with this device: we like it! The other didn't budge, leaving the entire shelf unusable. We tried using tongs with a towel to protect the threads, we tried heating it with a small burner and we finally took it to the janitor and told him to destroy the threads but only got it tries to pull the plug.
