Confirm with Vin # to get the right part.

2004 Jeep Wrangler (LJ) The ad said that was it. it's not like this. I had to go to the dealer and provide the VIN code to get the correct part. Completely different details.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not sure

Perfect fit is the best in seals

This seal fits my 1970 International Scout 800A perfectly. I have swapped out the transmission shaft seal from a Dana 30 and the rear transmission shaft seal from a Dana 44. Again a quality part and a perfect fit for my old truck.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Useless features

Will not fit Dana 80

Seal made from quality machined parts, no faults here. What I'm saying is I should have asked questions first as the Revain shop said it would fit my '95 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel front and rear. The problem is that the front axle is Dana 60 and the rear axle is Dana 80. Didn't fit my car. My mistake, I will study future purchases better.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Faulty

Goes well with my late 1972 Dana 44-5F with front axle drive.

Didn't know I run dry axle, hope it gets some more life before repair is ok, lots of metal in my oil. It leaked after topping up when I first bought the truck, drove it 600 miles in one year, tested it the next year and found it was nearly a liter off. Oh. To install I used a punch, since there is metal I wasn't worried about crushing the sleeve. It was difficult to find parts for my 77 K20, I didn't realize the axles in it were from 72.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons

Check Yukon website for installation before buying

I have a 1999 Wrangler with a Dana 30 front axle. I originally replaced my transmission seal with a Yukon YMS4434V that Revane said it was that he would fit. It fits, but the seal broke after a year. When I ordered a replacement, Revain had 2 Yukon seals that fit my Jeep. I went to the Yukon site to confirm this and the other was for 2001+ TJ. This one is slightly larger than the other and fits perfectly. I don't know if size matters, but I used Yukon's recommendation.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
