It's really worth the money!

I bought this spotter through Amazon a few months ago and use it every time in different weather conditions. Although I can say that the optics are excellent, I believe that an objective review would be better compared to my other spotting scopes, namely: Steiner 24x80 military field sight (1989), Optolyth 15-45x80 folding spotter and Swarovski Habicht 20. - model 60x80 st (not older than 15 years, no hd glass). In terms of image quality (brightness, contrast, sharpness), this Zeiss device is…

which many experts consider to be the best yet

This spotting scope has been used extensively over the past year. I consider it a hybrid that combines many features not normally found in spotting scopes. Previous posts have talked about how durable it is and this is quite possibly the most durable handheld spotting scope ever built with quality optics. I will therefore not describe in detail why this is so. Some of these, what we call alpha channel binoculars, cost twice as much but offer only a slight overall improvement in optical imaging.

The only spotter that is better WITHOUT a tripod

Something for simpler times, this scope reminds me of that time. It is concise and clean in its design. No small grips etc (no need for link arms in the scope body). This scope was designed to be carried into wide fields and used without a tripod. It doesn't sound amazing, but it is. It has very large, thick rubber lens caps that stick out about 3 inches along the body of the scope. A strap goes through them and then a small wire loop that prevents you from losing them. It also offers…

Built like a tank.: Optics

1st of all. Here's what the resolution of this scope can do: Today I put this spotter on a tripod and was able to read the LICENSE PLATE on a tag that was 1200 meters was removed! (If you want to use the full potential of a large scope, remember that you need to invest in a good tripod to get a blur-free image). Now for my opinion/description/experience with this spotter field: This product is VERY DURABLE! .Durable.Waterproof/Fogproof.built like a tank.very durable.like it was built for…
