Featherweight Compression Leg Sleeves: Alleviate Shin Splints and Calf Strains with Ease Review

I have another set in the same colour, light green, same size, fits no problem. They seemed so much smaller and I could barely get them on my leg and it cut off blood circulation to my legs. But the rest is fine. Helps with my shiny tires when walking and running.

I have run and hiked in Zenzah sleeves for a long time. These featherweights are an extreme challenge for Zensah. My old pairs have stretched to provide the snug fit required for compression sleeves, but not too tight. Not so with these.

I like the colors and overall design of the case, but the lightweight version lacks durability. I've had this pair for less than a week and the left sleeve has already torn at the seam pulling it up over the calf. I've had a regular built Zensah for many years and it still works well - just recently it lost some of its elasticity so I decided to replace it. Next time I'll take the standard version.

Although these sleeves are a bit short for me (I'm 6ft 2in) they are still long enough to suit my needs correspond to. My calf is about 15 inches so a plus size hardly fits me. I don't know how someone with a calf of 17 inches and over will act. The compression fits me well and they are still difficult to put on and take off. also the size is big.

I've used Zensah in the past to prevent leg cramps during and after running with great success. These pairs are slightly shorter in length than the others but still provide adequate compression. I usually wear a medium size, although my calves are slightly larger than average. In the future I would probably order a size larger for featherweights. If you have a long calf I would recommend a regular fit rather than a featherweight.

I bought two pairs of these (black and gray) about a week apart. I wear them very carefully on my right foot and wash them according to the instructions. I shoot them every week. The black couple began to fall apart within a few weeks, especially at the bottom end. I still wear them but they keep coming undone. I'm not sure how long they will be effective. The gray pair is fine - no problem. I have contacted the seller through Revain's website but have not received a response.

I use compression stockings for most of my runs, especially those that require a lot of effort. I've tried a few other brands that are good but don't quite match the Zensah Featherweight Sleeves. I bought this particular pair of Zensah sleeves a few days before the 2019 Boston Marathon because I wanted to ensure optimal performance (I have them in other colors but wanted a brand new set).
