Very good compression pants

Very good compression pants. I used to wear bike compression shorts, but the Zensah Compression Shorts offer a little more compression without being tied down. The only issue I had was that the inseam in the crotch came out a bit after only wearing it twice.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Protection

I like it, but the seams wear out much faster (holes open).

I like these but I found the stitching wore out (holes appeared) much quicker than I thought. Usually in the perineal area, and then there is rubbing and tingling. I'm strict, honestly as an endurance athlete (IM triathlete).

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Hard to say

Fits great, looks good, works.

I'm just starting to wear compression stockings and Zensah is my favorite brand I've tried. This is a stretchy jersey fabric, not a shiny spandex fabric. I can't compare it to other expensive brands because I don't want to wear shiny tights. Zenza does what I want. It teaches and helps me recover from fatigue. These shorts are probably my favorite compression piece to date.

Pros
  • A sea of positive vibes
Cons
  • Available in white only

For runners: These are not compression shorts. Period.

This is not a compression pant like the 2XU or CW-X. They gave almost no compression and just felt like regular lycra/synthetics and thick running tights. Just want to point out that I bought a size down and have large thighs and calves. The pants offered no support and fell off easily. I bought two and sent them back straight away. Save money and get the CW-X.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Provided what was needed

I compete and have had numerous problems with my hips, particularly the piriformis muscle, as well as other muscles in this area. Now after a tough or long run I wear them for the rest of the day. They have helped me tremendously in alleviating my hamstring problems. They are also very comfortable. Another runner friend of mine even wears them to bed for night time benefit! They certainly aren't cheap, but I use them so much now that I've invested in a second pair.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Base required

Best Clothing Training Guide

I bought these compression shorts when I was increasing my weekly mileage and was starting to get hip pain. Quality at the highest level. They are woven in several different directions and the compression that follows will be much tighter than what you have experienced with smaller pieces. I can double my mileage by wearing them the next day with less pain. I also use their calf compression sleeves. Quality at the highest level. They are a bit warm to wear in summer. I have no hesitation in…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competition appeared

COMPRESSION, wow!

Due to the relatively low price I was very skeptical at first; All other compression devices are in the $80-$100 range. When I saw them at half price I wasn't sure if they were "good". I am VERY happy with the quality! The compression is amazing. Much stronger than Under Armor and most CX-Ws I've worn. Easy to wash. I wouldn't wear them "as is" though. They are best worn under football shorts. I have recommended these shorts to several people and they have also bought and loved these shorts…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

I recommend these compression shorts for real running. Not for civilian use

Zensah Recovery Compression Short. The XS is a little big in the waist but compresses well in the hips. Hit just above the knee. Easy to put on and take off. It seems to hold its shape even after multiple washes and wears. Wash and dry normally. High quality material, well made but NOT trendy. I'm about 105 but I wouldn't wear them in public. The material is too thick. Looks like I borrowed my grandma's compression shorts, but these are my favorite treadmill shorts. I may get another pair for…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Marathon training in shorts

To be honest I hated those shorts at first. I wore them once, then they sat in a drawer for a few months until recently. why do i hate her the waist reached to the chest. Serious. I tried lowering them but nothing worked and when I ran they tipped over (I have buns so why not have buns in my pants too!). So I washed them, forgot about them and decided to try them again recently. Now I love her for some reason. Maybe a bit in the dryer? I don't know, but no matter what, the waist doesn't rise…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I doubt it
