I installed this on a 1999 Ford Ranger steering wheel. I didn't use it on the rounder part of the wheel. It was more of an oval shape where I installed mine. The metal clip is made of soft metal, so it was easy to shape. Once I got it where I wanted it, I used the included hardware to tighten it up.
