The bolts it rode with were quite short, 2 came loose when it barely hit the square nut. So the bolts are needed, which I think should be a quarter inch longer. How do I get you guys to send me a new one because this one twisted when 2 screws came loose without me knowing.

First problem - the instructions sent were for an ATV winch up to 4500 pounds, and then the next problem - when connecting to the battery the wires started sparking. The cables are color coded and this is not my first installation, after further investigation it was miswired from the factory and will be returned.

The winch itself isn't bad at best. Wireless remotes literally failed 2 days after the return deadline. They won't work no matter what I do. You must use a wired remote control. Also loosened the screws at the end of the winch. Causes minimal oil leakage. I would like the buyer to respond to the service provided. *** To update ****. The buyer contacted again and sent new parts, which solved all the problems. Works great now.

The only good thing about this winch is the price. I've been wearing it for a little over a month and all the parts are rusting. Clutch, every screw, everything. I honestly don't know how long this will take. Not to mention that the relay box brackets are made of the worst possible material. Both just broke trying to install. Should have bought a Smittybilt or something solid. No Zesuper. Spend the 150€ more and get something solid.

I installed this winch in the bumper of my Iron Bull on my 2008 F-350 twin diesel. I need a really strong winch for such a heavy truck. The winch was installed with no modifications and the controls were very easy to understand. I checked the operation and everything seems to be working great. Haven't had a chance to use the winch in action but expect it to work as expected. I will recommend it to friends and family.

I ordered one of these to mount on my curtain side trailer which I mainly use to tow Derby cars. It bolted directly to the existing winch plate that was on the trailer without any modifications.
