Attention buyers, picture of broken blade is included.

Well, initially I was very happy with this product. I have three oriental choppers and this one should meet my needs. I haven't used it that much, but today I came here to warn future buyers about this product. Last night I cut a fresh corn cob in half and quickly found that a huge piece of metal blade had snapped off in the middle. . Now it's basically useless and now my wife is mad at me because it was so expensive.

very good knife and good price.

I also have a good Nakiri Damascus vegetable peeler from Shun and am pleased to find that this cleaver is as good in both design and ability to take and maintain a very sharp edge as the Shun. I love this knife and would recommend it, recommendation only. My knife did not have a protective cover for the blade. I had to make it out of cardboard and blue tape. The blade is too wide to fit in most knife holders and like any good knife, it definitely shouldn't be left in a drawer.

Happy buyer at Asian Knives

I love kitchen gadgets. Although the knife is less of a gadget and more of a tool. This knife is presented in a beautiful case. The layers are visible and fascinating. Okay, enough about beauty. The weight is perfect, carrots, potatoes and celery can be cut with very little effort. It was like the weight of the knife was doing all the work and I was the driver.
