What a disappointment. I love Zig pens because they are acid free and mostly high quality. This pen arrived so dry it was almost out of ink. Imagine sitting on a shelf for a very long time. A complete waste of money.

The pen is great. I've been using them for many years. My review is more about speeding up order fulfillment. I ordered 2 but they are shipped separately. One arrived today, the second will be delayed until Thursday. Why didn't they send it together? This curious mind wants to know.

This is a good general purpose product. The ink spreads well and has a dark pigment. I made good use of the ink that came with it. Pen sizes are good for most medium-sized projects. I have been practicing and teaching calligraphy for 40 years and have used many products. I would use this for scrapbooks or other things that don't require print-ready output.
