Alum 7075, the threads appear to be well cut, fits the sprocket perfectly BUT - 1) for two bolts will fit the hex key is good, fully carved and only about 0.5mm deep (Fig. 1). This provides low wrenching intervention and high probability of stripping. And 2) They're made of copper, not gold! It would be nice if hexagon keys were used on both sides for assembly, instead only one side uses a hexagon head and the other usually a large flat head. This made assembly difficult and the parts were a bit soft, causing the flat side to peel off a bit during assembly.

Exactly what I was looking for. I bought twin sprocket bolts to replace the single bolts I originally used on this sprocket. The individual bolts did not go deep enough and were able to loosen as they exited the bank collapse. The thread fit is excellent and the deep outer shell is the best for this single chainring.
