I paid for a new refurbished

This device was updated, the hard drive was not screwed in. The screws were present but I was surprised that the device worked, it looked like it could be very delicate. While everything works, it uses the plastic bags that the mouse and power supply came in. I thought I bought a new one that wasn't restored. Installed and working. The price I paid was for a new one.

Low price and low quality

Pros: * Price * Recording sharpness * Night vision is decent for the price Cons: * Ease of use * Motion detection no matter if the setting is too sensitive * Mobile application lacks full -functionality (iPhone 7 with latest iOS 13 update) I wanted to be able to view live streams/access recordings remotely, but that's completely impossible with this system. I will soon buy another system.

ideal dvr best among cctv dvrs

i got this dvr to replace my old cctv camera dvr 8. at first i thought it might be difficult to connect a new one and program my iphone for remote monitoring. So I called the security camera specialist but he didn't show up for 3 weeks so I decided to replace and program it myself. It was so easy and only took 15 minutes to connect and program my i phone and saved me $175 in connection and tech program fee. I am enthusiastic about this product and completely satisfied.
