There was only a sheet in the box to remove the power from the radio, no other instructions were given. Everything on the radio works except for the sound. I need help installing!

Difficult to install even for professional stereo. Instructions should be in English with more details. When trying to install. The screen flashes. Make a loud bang on the speakers. And nothing would have happened. I had to return the product because it was either bad. Or. Just complicate the installation.

You lose control of seat heating and cooling. The speaker crackles before every song. The machine now does random things due to radio access control. Will send back. Also, you must have WhatsApp to get help! This is not user friendly! For every song my Apple Music played, I had to bring up the equalizer and tweak the settings to suit the song. Could be a great article. Need more work. The UI sucks. If you have your phone installed and you don't hear any sound through your car speakers, turn off
