Bought because the rings were VERY expensive at our local store and you had to buy a set of different sizes. It was the right size for me and a great range of colors. My only complaint is that they are stiffer than my old rings. I would buy them again.

It is normal for them to take up space when knitting, which is why I bought them. But wow! they stick to your knitting needles. they don't slide at all. I use chia gu needles and consider them the best needles, never had a snag when knitting, I can maintain speed when moving stitches from one knitting needle to another. DO NOT use these markers. I like these markers for stitch counting on smaller projects. Don't think they will work well for anything larger than a 5mm or maybe a 5.5mm needle. But they're great for a color double knit project I've started on, helping myself break stitches into sections to keep track of stitch count. Soon I will also use them in my first sweater.
