The power of Chainlink as a project is that it brings the blockchain to companies rather asking companies to come to the blockchain. That is why it is a game changer. This is a decentralized oracle solution for Ethereum and smart contracts, They are creating a system by making several oracles working in aggregation. The project isn’t the easiest to come to grips with, but once you do it’s easy to see how it can benefit the blockchain ecosystem massively going forward. This project is one of the few projects working on oracle development they could easily become an industry leader for years to come.

Chainlink is live on Ethereum mainnet. As the Chainlink network goes live on Ethereum, They will provide a decentralized oracle network run by multiple independent node operators, and approaches to decentralized computation that combine those individual results into a single smart contract input/trigger.
The staking functionality has not been developed yet! Once it is, there is no minimum required and the free market will take shape as to what is a 'good' amount.

As chainlink's maturity continues, the biggest thing that many partners have in mind is the imminent launch of Stacking, which will allow the link holder to generate more links instead of helping their tokens to network.
It is such a clear winner in 2019 as it’s use case is by far the best one I’ve researched.

Cons
- Disadvantages of Chainlink Project: No specific plan for funding. -High valuation if hard cap reached $91.4 million. -Team is not fully developed. -Little info provided around ICO.
