*FIRST CHECK* I received the item and opened the box to find spinning ball bearings. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that they came from one of the wheels. I only fished out photos of 2 bearings, the rest were at the bottom of the box. If they're so cheaply made that they'll get damaged in transit, don't trust them with your 500-600 pound sled. *EDIT* After I contacted customer service with pictures of the damaged items, they sent a replacement. All parts in the spare bag look good. The surfaces are really good and the wheels roll pretty well. They seem to manage the gap between my cement slabs with little difficulty. also effort.
