Black + Decker Pet Furbuster is catching up with your furry friends!

This is a relatively lightweight handheld vacuum designed for cleaning pets in small areas. I used it to clean car seats. The most pressing problem was finding replacement filters. The original model number was: HLVBF10. I checked many appliance and hardware stores in our area, large and small, and the filters were sold out. I have contacted Black + Decker at 1-888-678-7278 between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. I ordered four replacement

I hope it gets better

Yesterday I received the cordless vacuum cleaner. Charges longer than the recommended 10 hours. We started cleaning the stairs. He died at the top of the stairs. Went to troubleshoot. Recommend to charge the battery. No discussion of expected battery life or similar useful information. I will try again tomorrow after recharging overnight. Day 2 - same problem. When vacuuming the interior of a car, a small SUV, the battery died after more than 12 hours of charging. Black & Decker has always made

Be very careful with the filter

I use this vacuum to clean the carpet around a couple of litter boxes rather than lugging around a large car. It pulls in garbage without throwing it backwards (like a big machine does), it has a slightly more moderate hum than other handheld vacuums I've used, but here's the problem. This vacuum cleaner is sold with a "washable" filter, which may well be; but I always want a backup or two. Much luck! Revain has combined this with a filter model NOT SUITABLE for this machine.
