Not suitable for back sleepers - forces the neck to move forward into an unnatural position.

This pillow looked so promising! I recently had to sleep on my back and was looking for a good support. The area supporting your neck is so high that it pushes your head forward and hurts instead. Maybe I just have a short neck or something, but my goal is to get a good pillow so my neck is straight and my head is straight and doesn't fall forward. Painfully uncomfortable

I was disappointed that this pillow didn't fit me better or at all. I tend to have chronic neck pain from sleeping and have tried different types of pillows. Some work better than others, but none of them fully support my neck and relieve stiffness and pain. The eagerness with which I wanted to try this made it even more disappointing when I received it and found it to be very hard and with a sharp incline. Really comfortable, could be thicker

The material is great but due to the memory foam it took a few hours to "air out" like most memory foam products. Although it was expected. I was a bit skeptical about the whole "contour pillow" thing, but after trying it, I totally got it. Very comfortable as a bed! The armhole seems a bit unnecessary, but welcome nonetheless. I have had several memory foam pillows to find the comfort that suits me. I like a pillow under the neck, less under the head. I am fine.
