Comfortable for the dog and the user

I gave 5 out of 5 for convenience only. The part that goes over the shoulder is very wide, so the weight is evenly distributed. I walked a mile and a half with a 6 lb dog and didn't cause any discomfort to myself or my dog. I was initially skeptical but it stretches and hugs the dog so even if you lean forward or to the side the sling will take shape and keep the animal secure in your pocket. The material is incredibly soft. My dog loves it and just loves to hide in it and stick his head out…

Worked great for what I needed it for.

I just got a puppy and didn't realize he was a puppy breeder until we brought him home. We thought her feet were yellow until we bought them and they turned out to be white. So potty training was a problem because she was used to urinating on her own. So I decided to hold her until she went potty. When she started potty training I let her play on the floor and then she returned to her carrier. It worked great because once she understood what we wanted, we trained her 80%. The cost was perfect…

Have used many times for tote bags and travel products

This is perfect for my 5lb Yorkie. I have a bad back and a Yorkie who doesn't like to travel. Because the bag is so deep, she feels completely safe in it. If it had a clip it would be fine but I had to do it myself because otherwise I would still have to use a hand to make sure it stayed in place. I've looked at many of them. It's like the best price with a deep pocket. The material is not too heavy. So I didn't fully fry in Arizona when I used it. But that's no good for hot weather - you and…

Great for my chinchillas

I bought one of these about a year ago to test with my chinchillas as they are very jumpy and fidgety when held. It worked so well on my girl that I bought another one for my boys. They sit as still as possible for hours, or they stick their heads out and look around while I walk around the house. This allows me to spend more time with them than usual. However, I make sure they don't get too hot, as chinchillas tend to overheat due to their thick fur. The investment was worth it, maybe even…

Comfortable to wear

The only complaint I have about this sling is that it's too tight to feel like my little 4 pound Yorkie is securely in it. Its small paws and head are raised and hanging down. It's comfortable to wear and the right length, but I would suggest using a wider material to give the dog more room. There is also no seat belt, which would be important if you have a small, playful dog. Mine is folded back so he doesn't try to pop out. I've used it 3 times and am rethinking the design to see if I can add

. Sling because me and my 2 Devon Rex cats love the first one

I just bought my second sling because my 2 Devon Rex cats and I love the first one. Both cats (8lb and 10lb) love to curl up on my lap for naps at the same time, but my knees aren't big enough to hold them both and one cat always wins and the other unhappily walks away. When I put the bandage on, both cats can snuggle up on my lap and neither falls down. I bought a second one because cats invariably decided it was time for bed when the pet sling was up and we were down, or vice versa. We now…

Not deep enough or not wide enough

I have another sling that I used on my 6 1/2 lb Chihuahua when we were in Italy for 3 months. It worked great for taking to restaurants and trains. He could sink into it or stick his head out. I just accepted another bailout and wanted to get another dressing. Unfortunately I couldn't find another one like my first one, but this one looked similar. I'll start with the pros - the material is comfortable and double-sided. That's all I have. Now for my concerns: This one isn't that deep or wide so

  • Easy to use

My little girl loves it!

For most dogs you will need to train your dog to stay in a bandage. Those who complain that dogs can jump out. Of course, only until they feel SAFE in the headband! Well my girl, for some reason she got horny THE MOMENT I put her on. I took her, put her in and she was RIGHT in it and happy as a clam! She weighs about 5.5 pounds and is a Chihuahua, Chinese Crested, naked mole rat, and doll mix. (In other words, we have no idea. As far as we know, she could be a cute exotic rat.) Now that she…
