Works great with power tools and hand tools

Excellent quality for the price. Looks and feels solid, made in Taiwan, good body and no repetitive sizes. I was impressed that the dimensions were engraved which made it easier to read because I didn't think they came that way. Have used them previously with a medium torque M18 kick and a breaker on a pair of hangers. No problem. Definitely recommended unless you really need the missing dimensions.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • obsolete

Missing cavities and machining tolerances

This kit ranges from 10mm to 24mm Until I needed it I didn't realize that this kit was also missing 3 cavities in this size range. Also, I thought some of the bolts were 19mm and didn't realize they were 18mm until I started rounding them with a 19mm socket. This set is good for specific items, don't confuse it with the exact item. Because it isn't

Pros
  • Great for me

Took crankshaft bolt

I bought an impact wrench plus these EPAuto sockets to remove the horrible crankshaft pulley bolt from my engine. It worked! I also used sockets to remove my lug nuts. No problem. Yes, the mark will be erased if the sockets are used in hard-to-reach places. But I just use a drawing pen to re-label the sockets. So I don't really care. I was looking for something cheap that still works.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

One of the best buys I've ever made for my $$

This shock deep socket really does get the job done and I'm definitely very happy with the socket set itself. I mainly use it for brake work and the caliper bracket bolts can really get stuck. When using this set of sockets, it only took me 1-2 pulls on the screw and it unscrewed immediately with no problems. This is one of the best socket kits for any DIY enthusiast, I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • . A few competitors
Cons
  • Going out of fashion

Good quality for such a price

High quality sockets! It works great with the latest DeWalt impact wrench on heavy duty presses and forming systems for fasteners up to 24mm. Nice and easy to read markings on it. Don't feel any less durable than the My Another (SnapON) set. Don't take off or damage anything yet. The quality of the surface finish is just OK. Recommended for medium loads in the field. For Heavy Duty - Stick With SnapOn More$$$$ - More Confidence And Quality

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great for percussion guns

I have used these to take apart two cars they hold up great. Easy to clean. Good storage box. Excellent return on your money. I had a very tight bolt, even when my 3 ton trolley handle was added to extend the crowbar, the crowbar broke first. Then I learned how to use a torch to heat the head of the bolt so it comes out easily. So I broke my bunch of keys in vain. But live and learn. Hope this information helps you. I will update if necessary.

Muscle sockets

Very high quality set of torque sockets. I broke 2 stock chrome heads trying to loosen 19mm bolts when replacing the A-pillars on my Corolla. I know I should have known better. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ After receiving the EPAuto Metric kit, I had no trouble removing and installing the screws when swapping. I used an EPAuto 19mm demolition hammer and it worked great. No problem torturing bolts over 150 ft. lbs. I will install EPAuto SAE as a follow up. Very satisfied! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

  • Hand tools
Cons
  • Small parts

Reliable, no problems

I waited until I did something with this set before leaving a review. One in particular was working on the brakes on a 2003 GMC 3/4 ton truck. I live deep in the rust belt so the rust and brake work makes removing the bolts difficult. I've tried several other outlets and completely destroyed them. Maybe it was a breaker and a 30" pipe(?). In every case where these sockets failed, EPAuto sockets emerged and dominated. They took a pry bar and pipe (with 200 pounds of force on the other end) andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sockets and socket sets
Cons

Misleading images, inevitable disappointment.

I bought these last week. They are fairly well packaged and oiled to prevent corrosion. It appears to be a set of nozzles made for different brands. I've had almost the same ones and they take very little abuse to go bad. They don't say they fit your use case or not, but be wary of other reviews that describe a lack of durability. The main problem with them is that I bought them on purpose because the markings were pictured as engraved AND stamped. I wanted them stamped as percussionโ€ฆ
