Arrived dirty and sticky - quite disappointed

Although the product appears to be working well, it arrived in disgusting condition. It's like the previous owner taped it to the wall or something and the seller didn't bother to do anything with it before sending it to me. It was covered in duct tape and sticky residue with dirt stuck in the residue. It took me about 15 minutes with slime remover and cleaning products to get it all clear. I buy refurbished items quite often, but this was the worst experience. I will no longer order from this…

Updated Google WiFi requires power cord

I quickly got a Google WiFi hotspot from CellEllectronix (provider of Revain Renewed). That was great. However, it would not turn on when plugged in. At first I thought it was broken and I wanted to return it, but then I tried another Google WiFi power cable I have (I have other Google WiFi hotspots) and it worked! So I emailed CellEllectonix and asked for a new power cord. That was two days ago and I still haven't received a reply. If I hear from them I will update this review if necessary…

Works EXCELLENT! for Whole Home and Mesh Wi-Fi systems

I've been having trouble with the Spectrum since we started using it. You will never be able to help me! Techs come and go without giving a good answer or advice. Ever since I've been working from home and using e-tutorials, the internet has been an annoying problem all day every day! Finally we were told to look at the wifi extender/mesh! I was frustrated that I had to spend extra money since I pay almost $89 a month for internet alone. However, I decided to spend some extra money and buy it…

Easy install and great job

I just got one of these from Revain's warehouse for about $50. Totally worth it compared to the range extenders I've had over the years. I ended up running a long ethernet cable from my modem and an old router (which I eventually turned off the wifi on and now only use as an ethernet cable splitter) from my basement to the main level. Now I get a great/stable signal in the basement, main floor and upstairs. I also like that you can turn off the backlight at the router point so you don't get…

This is the answer to your WiFi range/dead zones

WARNING: THE FIRST THING YOU MAY DO IS DOWNLOAD THE GOOGLE WIFI APP from the Play Store. However .PROBLEM: Spectrum is currently my ISP. The included router did not have sufficient range and could not work with the LinkSys Wi-Fi Range Extender or any other brand verified by LinkSys Technical Support. Spectrum tech support said they gave me the best router they have (Askey RAC2V1K). We spent hours and hours over several months trying to determine the signal strength. SOLUTION: 2 Google WiFi…

I purchased a three puck Google Wifi system through Revain to replace our more traditional Wi-Fi modem. The Wi-Fi in our home was becoming increasingly unreliable, with frequent signal drops and service outages. My wife works from home quite a bit, so reliable wifi is important. We live in a three-storey house (basement, ground floor, attic) of about 3,000 square meters built around 1900. The lathe and plaster walls, along with old wiring and wiring, make Wi-Fi and cellular a problem. I have a…

Easy setup using google support

Once I started Wi-Fi everything was great. The connection is solid and the Wi-Fi download speeds are fast throughout the house, which was amazing. Each pod has a LAN port, which is good. I have two computers that I connect using LAN cables instead of Wi-Fi and everything works fine. I received the device in an open box, so I was a bit nervous. There were no instructions in my box so I had to search online for instructions. I was able to connect a module to an ISP modem after a little shuffling.
