Hodor Medieval Oak Door Stop (HD-MO) Review

I was a bit concerned when purchasing this as many reviews said the lettering is not very visible. I went for the Brazilian cherry option and it looks amazing! I am very happy with what will be a gift for my friend who is obsessed with games. I haven't tested its effectiveness as a doorstop, but it can be a great decoration.

I gave it to a friend and my brother, husband and some other friends were jealous of it. So I got another one to put in the Game of Thrones prize basket. This is really a good gift! It's a nice color, nice engraving and overall it's actually bigger than most doorstops. It's still a little more expensive than it looks, but oh well.

Really works and looks great. The best thing about my inner need for love is that most people at work don't understand what matters lol. I saw that there were no words on the lighter wood, so I chose a darker wood. I'm glad I fit well in my office. And the quality of this one is really good, I'm thankful because at first I thought I was crazy to pay that much for a doorstop. Quality is worth the price

I bought this door closer because HODOR holds the door! Unfortunately, although I think what tree it is, dogs REALLY like it because I caught mine gnawing on it and it crippled the small end before I could stop it :(If you have a mixed breed and he get it, make sure you keep it away from where they can get it and/or rub it with bitter apple or something right away!
