The scanner looks solid. The build quality is excellent. It can be connected to many subsystems of my 2006 Lexus GX470. Anyone who owns a Japanese car must have one!

The product gave me the correct ODVII codes and I fixed my car by passing the MOT but it couldn't connect to my car for diagnostics . I tried to contact the company that sold me the product (Quick Ship Auto Parts) but they didn't reply to my message.

The steering angle sensor software does not allow you to reset the sensor calibration. Also, iCarsoft will not contact you if you email them. Waste of money for Subaru even with a software update. Reads real-time data normally, but the service software is independent of the vehicle. Too bad I didn't buy it.

Shipping is one of the fastest but the device is far from what you expected after reading the description. I have a 2006 Infiniti g35 and this unit doesn't support O2 sensor test, no HVAC diagnostics, it's sooo slow. Tried to update but to no avail. Many other functions are not supported. No wonder there are only three reviews so far. As a professional seller, it would be helpful to post a list of supported features for each vehicle. don't waste your time

I bought this because it had great reviews on several Toyota Tacoma owner websites. I should have looked at the Revain reviews first. There seem to be two JP v2.0 models (I seem to have gotten the last one from the older version). So if you are trying to update the software and are having trouble recognizing the serial number as valid, you will need to download a different version.
