Works great, screw handle makes it easy to use for different heights and strong enough. The pillow is easy to put on and take off and washes well.

Poles are to be expected if shown in product photo. I haven't read the full description but these are just the scraper and cleaning parts, the stakes are not included so you will need your own.

This has to be one of my best buys. So easy to use and makes window cleaning so easy. Simply remove the microfiber to wash and you're good to go. Having 2 microfibers helps when you get too dirty.

I hate cleaning windows because I can't see streaks. This product leaves no streaks, but still remains muddy and drips. Can only be used for outside windows, possibly inside the shower door.

Really wanted to use it on sliding glass doors but it's worse than using an old rag. It just smears the dirt around and leaves the steaks behind and you still have to towel dry it again. The rubber scratches and leaves streaks and the fabric side does not absorb moisture. The only plus point is the handle length.

The sponge only works at a certain angle, and due to the angle between the sponge and the mop, you can't clean the corner of the window because the mop hits the window frame.
