Turning on the ratchet function is intuitive when you turn the dial in the direction you want to turn the screw. The dial of the longer version rotates in the opposite direction. This is both illogical and odd coming from the same manufacturer.

Works great and you don't have to search for different screwdrivers. Actually ordered 10 from an older brother because I liked this one so much, yes the price is high there but when you think about it you get what you pay for and will probably have it for the rest of your life.

Great thing, like several tools in one. The ratchet is smooth and precise, and the handle feels good in my hand. I've seen others say that bits are hard to get a hold of, but I disagree with them. I can easily pop them out with my finger, or you can just use another piece to pop them out.

I didn't know the brand name (I know Craftsman and Stanley, that's all) so I wasn't sure what quality I was going to get. A very pleasant surprise! Solid, well-made part.
