🔧 Motion Pro 08-0116 Flywheel Puller with M18X1.5 R.H. External Thread Review

There was a small problem with this used tool but the supplier was very very willing to fix it. The part worked great and I will definitely deal with the supplier in the future.

Used this to pull the alternator rotor on my 1982 CB750C. I screwed it all the way in, tapped it with a hammer, tightened, tapped, tightened, tapped, and it started right away. Very light, nothing breaks, no scratches or scrapes.

After trying the bolt at an auto parts store and worried that it would damage the crankshaft threads, I ordered this. It was not available locally. It worked great. I really hope I don't need it anymore, but when I do it will be there.

Somehow I was referred to this, but it doesn't work on the 2008 CBR1000RR. Insufficient thread engagement with the flywheel before cranking the crank. This will destroy the flywheel. It looks good and should go with anything that goes with it. Laugh out loud. Just a warning to anyone who messes up and orders this for CBR.

I order this and the package came with an empty box! There was no part, no bolt, nothing but an empty box meant to contain the bolt, it was completely sealed. I open the package and BOOM! No flywheel puller, now I can't do anything because it's a 3rd party from Amazon. Waste of time and money, now my bike lasts longer.
