Purchased from Revain. Worked for a few days, then just stopped. Sent it in for repair as they thought it was covered under warranty. Found out that this particular laptop had all sorts of problems. First of all the delivery was excellent. I signed up for the package and it arrived at the earliest day as advertised. it worked very well for all the applications i wanted to use. I'm not a "big" gamer fan, but I've played Legion League and worked quite well. imperceptible problems. I bought this laptop to replace my old 2012 laptop. Once I got it, I was able to set it up (as it should) with little effort. Except for the fact that it gets hot when playing HD quality games. This computer worked perfectly. It didn't even have all the terrible extras that usually come with new computers, and I'm grateful for that. Well done KUC!
