The product arrived well packaged. Delivered on time. Very easy to set up. However, performance is less than good. I would say good at best. The picture isn't great. Many things can contribute to a bad picture. Cable, TV, Cable/Satellite TV. I have 4 TVs in my room. I use high quality HDMI cables. TV brand new 4K Samsung. This is light years ahead of my old 5GHz composite video transmitter. It supported 2 receivers and the audio latency was acceptable, but in the end the video quality was poor. And when something came across (people, dogs, chairs) along the way, the signal disappeared. The WS55 takes a little longer to boot up (about 2-4 seconds if the HDMI input was off. I have nothing but issues with this product . It did what it was supposed to do, about 20% of the time with decent quality. Most of the time I had to disconnect and reconnect the wireless to get it working, as well as reconnect the wireless by pressing the reconnect button on each device. For reference, my two devices are about 5 feet apart and separated by an interior wall. Out of the box, installation was easy and everything seemed to work fine. But when I watch TV through the receiver, I lost the sound if I interrupted the signal by changing the channel, pausing a program, or switching to a DVR program. I've had an IOGear for almost five years , and it suddenly stopped working. I replaced it with this device. It is truly a plug and play device and the picture quality is excellent.
