The right tool for the job

Sometimes you just can't remove the battery post. I've seen people take screwdrivers and pry bars to pry them out and end up breaking the battery case. This tool prevents this scenario. Setup may take a little longer, but it's worth it because you don't have to buy your customer a new battery.

Great tool! Saves time.

Great product. This makes it difficult to pull out to easily remove the battery connectors. This works not only with battery poles, but also with wiper blades glued there. I've tried this on several vehicles and it hasn't given me any problems. What a time saver this tool is! This is by far one of the most useful tools I have at home and I wish I had known about it long ago. In the past, this would have saved me a lot of time and effort when dealing with stuck terminals. The job is as easy as…

Reliable, useful tool in pullers

I used this tool to remove the windshield wipers from a 1998 M3 that was said to have been on the car for the last 14 years (considering the effort it took to remove them to remove). I found the 4611 to be a really reliable little tool. Its design allowed me to comfortably apply the considerable torque needed to loosen the levers, as it stayed square over the wipers' threaded stud and the lever lever on the tools' threaded rod (the one with the little red tab) is long. just enough to drag but…

It worked. Just did this before the crash

It worked for me but. My car is 2007 and the wipers were somehow welded on. bent like a pretzel and that's how I turned it with a wrench. The driver's side eventually "popped" (I expected it to slowly lift and disengage), but it went off like a rocket. The passenger side was even more difficult as the prongs on the end of this tool were bent on one side. I straightened it with a hammer and didn't expect it to hold on the next try, but it did. The wiper came off, but the pinky was bent again and

Useful tool for various purposes

I bought this tool to remove the wiper arms on my 2010 Tundra. I needed to clean the area under my hood and it was recommended to pull out the wiper arms. This worked great once I could wrap my arms around the base of the windshield arms. The wipers popped out immediately with no drama. I've also found another practical use for it. I replaced a leaking toilet valve that had a compression fitting. I needed to remove an old brass ring, and no luck with the pliers, I realized I had it. I placed…

It serves its purpose, after 40 uses it hasn't worn out or worn out

It does what it's supposed to and does it well. I'm not sure about the stats, but my shop says over 90% of our customers have never looked under the hood. Unfortunately, that means they don't see leaking batteries starting to form a layer of corrosion, and technology that keeps the terminal damn tight doesn't exactly help. In any case, when terminals are removed they tend to stick to the terminals and the use of acidic cleaners tends to cause a chemical attack which will only further destroy…

WORKS ON OLD WIPER BASE

This little gem was a real find. I was trying to replace a broken rear wiper (Lexus) but the wiper was frozen to the bolt from being there for ten years. Tried peeping, using solvents etc but to no avail and to no avail. And then this pretty well-made terminal stripper arrived via two-day Prime shipping. I have to admit I thought it was a waste of money. Even though I ordered it, I didn't really think it would work. But it was worth a try as it was a lot cheaper than going to a dealership. The…
