Doesn't work on stairs

Seller contacted, no response. I had to buy a special ratchet for the lag screw. Follow the instructions and the screw wasn't long enough to attach to the stud. The ladder handle is not big enough to grab my 8 foot ladder. Very disappointed in seller and product. Will try to return.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Great product, suitable for ladders

I rarely write reviews but I was impressed by this product. I am an elderly woman and my ladders were held horizontally on large hooks above my head. Stairs were difficult for me to manage, so I looked for a solution that was easy to use, install, and aesthetically pleasing. This product was perfect! My garage looks tidy and I no longer try to reach the stairs. I highly recommend.

Pros
  • Hard wearing surface
Cons
  • Hardly ever

Good ladder attachment option

I need a ladder holder that mounts low on the wall, doesn't protrude and don't want to spend too much. This was a great option and attaches to the wall studs. Recommend more than two for heavier adjustable ladders and note that hanging the ladder roughly can mark the wall as it keeps the ladder so close to the wall. I used it on an adjustable ladder but it holds up well and the low bracket makes it easy to access the ladder.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Works great, holds the ladder easily.

Did something other than what I was supposed to install or what I saw on pictures in reviews or descriptions. I wanted to use them for my grand staircase. I checked the ladder and it had good edges on the sides. Since I was older and tired of lowering the ladder from a great height, I wanted it to be low on one of the walls of my garage. So I put the "hooks" up about a meter high and was able to attach the ladder along the hooks and everything worked perfectly and looked great.

  • Everything is fine!

Excellent ladder holder, weak screws

I like the holder a lot, it works well. But the screws look pretty cheap. I chose to install in the wall studs and lightly tightened one screw and when I tightened the second screw both screws snapped in at the same time and in the same place, a thin part over the screw threads. Luckily I had two extra bolts of the same type and length, but both were thicker where the others had broken. The new ones were tightened slightly, and the heavy ladder has been holding up for about a month without any…

Perfect for 8' and 3' A-frame ladders

Finally getting these hangers off the ground and hanging on the wall. The easy to use screws are very secure and thread into the studs. The only thing I find interesting is when I tighten the screws all the way down so that the bracket is flush and snug against the wall, there isn't enough clearance from the wall for the ladder to properly hook in after I put the Having loosened the screws a bit (everything still feels secure, doesn't wobble and the bolts are long enough, only loosened a few…

  • Confident

  • Slightly torn

Simple and efficient design; easy installation; Does not rust

Very satisfied with this product. I especially like that it's made of molded plastic, made in the USA, and invented by a vintage car. I hung a 10ft Weber and a 5ft Little Giant Flip-N-Lite. The little giant was tricky as I was only able to hang it on the top orange tray as the ladder trap only protrudes 1-1/2" out of the wall but only catches 3/4" of the ladder (it doesn't catch recessed steps on ). Since the Flip-N-Lite only weighs 12 pounds, I'm not particularly concerned about damaging the…
