We bought the large blue carrier because it was the only padded item that was stated to carry a 20 lb cat. I bought this for my mum's cat over 1 year ago who weighs about 14lbs. It was easier to slip it through the top, but she immediately unzipped the top and ran out. I started using it on my 2 cats and immediately attached the zip ties to the 2 side zips so I only have to worry about them coming out through the top zip. Wow what an upgrade! This putty has grown from a small studio in Manhattan to a luxury apartment on the outskirts! He HATED the old carrier. It took at least 2 people to get him in this thing!
