These bags don't look strong, but they are more durable than any other reviewer claims. Of course, if you throw something like a brick in your pocket, you'll need more than one. They are called liners, not heavy duty garbage bags. They are designed for light messes in a small office or bedroom, not for gardening. This also applies to how you handle your bag when it is full.

We bought these black bags for the first time. We use them to collect dog poo during our long walks in the area. What we like about them is that they're durable but not too thick, they're big enough to get plastic between our hands and our poop, and they're not see-through (hooray!). They are also easy to tie and easy to dispose of.

Very good for this price, even if you double it. These garbage bags are actually quite durable and don't tear easily. The problem only occurs if the bag is punctured with a sharp object such as a broken piece of glass or a knife. Then even a small crack will grow larger and debris can fall out. I use regular kitchen waste bags and they hold up well. The design of the bag is not the best. There are no valves to make tying easier.
