Works for me. Few reviewers have mentioned that this product smells bad when new. When I got it I left it outside for a few days and put it in my garage. No smell at all. After placing the right spot in my garage, I sealed it and the concrete with Clear Silicon and waited 24 hours. It is attached to the concrete floor like a stone. If I ever want to take it off, I can just cut through the flint with a knife. Highly recommended.

Wow, that thing is a beast! Seriously, it's hard work. It's big, extremely strong and heavy. I put it (without hardware or tape) in my garage to help with parking and it hasn't moved in the few months I've had it. I'm rarely impressed with most products these days as I usually find some aspects inferior or just reek of cost cutting, but there was none of that here.
