These shelves are great! We installed them in both bathrooms and are very happy with how they turned out! My only advice. When installing, re-measure the position of the screw holes for each shelf. The fastening systems are not in the same place from shelf to shelf. We made a template and figured it would fit all the shelves. Luckily we tested it before we drilled any holes in the wall. All in all a great product that I highly recommend!

I bought this based on the many positive reviews and I have to say I am completely disappointed. They are more like cork wood and are very soft. I handled them very gently after taking them out of the box and they were still crackling. The grain is also incredibly busy (see picture). They are more decorative than anything else so DO NOT expect to put anything heavy on them. I plan on leaving them for now since I've installed them, but will be looking for a sturdier wooden shelf for my coffee…

I really want to fall in love with her, but I can't. And unfortunately, once you poke giant holes in the walls and install them, it's not worth tearing them down to send back. First, they're not 24 inches long (they're 23 5/8 inches), but only 6.5 inches deep. Second, the dowels never "jump out" of the drywall, which allows the screws to rotate indefinitely. Total nightmare to install! The first shelf rose "well". The second shelf is terrible. The stand it was supposed to fit on was too tight as if the hole hadn't been drilled properly. I had to pry the fittings open with a screwdriver. I stuck the anchors into the wall and attempted to mount the shelf to the posts. Because the landing was so narrow, it couldn't go any further. That's it, a rustic natural wood shelf. So it has the disadvantages that come with it; The individual pieces of wood are actually slightly bowl-shaped and have hardly any distortion. The finish is rough with a grainy feel on the front, top and sides, the underside is almost untreated and feels very rough. The mountains are beautiful, completely hidden. I loved these shelves but the "Dark Walnut" color that arrived is anything but as dark. It matches the color shown on the product page perfectly but I assumed the pictures on the product page were a mistake as the pictures show a walnut and not a DARK walnut. Huge disappointment! I was so excited to get my hands on these shelves as the finishing touch to our bathroom renovation.
