It is what you expect, maybe a little longer

They are about what you would expect them to be. They are of reasonable quality and while not very sturdy, for the price and quantity they really shouldn't be. They fit many uses and they fit all of my PC fan mounts etc. They are a bit longer than I expected at around 3/8β€³. This bothered me a bit at first because sometimes things like this are very difficult to screw into a new case and fan, but I know that sometimes when you have a larger case or fan, the extra length is more than welcome…

Cons
  • I have no negative feelings, everything is fine

Works amazing. - Computer parts

Yes. It goes with 50 of them. I'm not sure who needs that much unless you're running a data center in your closet. Hm. They work amazingly, self-tapping screws. Press firmly while screwing them in. I had no problems cleaning it. If you know how to use a screwdriver properly, you still shouldn't be doing it. 10/10 I would buy again. (If I didn't have 46 left.)

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Not the best

Saved My Bacon is good for computer components

Dell likes to install its fans with cheap rubber mounts that give up after a few years. In the last 12 months I have had to replace brackets on 8 servers with 2 fans each and I have used them. They work very well, they are cheap and screw easily into the mounts. Have a full fist ready.

Pros
  • Shipping was very quick
Cons
  • For old

StarTech PC Case Fan Mounting Screws - Pack of 50 FAN SCREW Silver

I have seen many complaints about scratches and poor quality metal. You won't have a problem. I installed five fans in a new assembly and these screws all worked fine, not a single broken head.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Necessity and pain

Of all the screws you have to fiddle with when assembling a box, these can be a real torture. They are designed to cut themselves into the plastic of the fan mounted on your case. Therefore, they require great care when turning. Their Achilles heel is that the head screw slots are VERY easy to remove. I tried to alleviate this by using a ratchet and applying pressure on both sides. Does the job and the fans are solid. Some fan screws are made of better material. I know I've come across a few…

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Worked better than I expected. I don't know if I was lucky or what, but every piece is in great shape and none are broken. No complaints, more like a big thank you to StarTech for the strong and reliable case mounting screws. Got this as a much needed supplement for a few bucks and it was well worth it.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • small things
