This is a simple but effective tool for cleaning small gaps between teeth. They designed it well with different peaks and angles for the inward and outward facing sides. My first impression is that the bristles are quite stiff, but after use I don't think that's a problem if you use them carefully. I look forward to my next visit to the dentist to see if there is any noticeable improvement. I feel like it really helps and I recommend it.

I have been using Sulcabrush for years since my dental hygienist recommended it to me almost 20 years ago. I don't change nibs as often as I should, but the pens last as long as I can remember. I tried this product versus Gum's 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush, Dr. Jim End Tuft and a Gum End Tuft 308 toothbrush. was definitely the best of the four. Please note that although the Sulcabrush name is the same as the Gum 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush, in my opinion this brush is significantly better than the Gum 642 Snap-Ons Sulcabrush.
